Hey there! So I am supposed to talk about one of my Air Malta’s experiences. Honestly, I fly with this airline more than twice a month and we can therefore say I’m quite a loyal customer! My usual trips are Malta-Milan and Malta-Paris as I go to visit my family during weekends or holidays.
I consider Air Malta one of the best companies I travel with as they know how to combine low prices(which is what I need being a student!) with an holistic and delighting customer experience! When flying on one of their planes, the crew makes you feel very comfortable, and you are soon offered a tasty sandwich and a bottle of water (free of charge!). I really appreciate this as many airlines do not give you any snack on flights of 1-2 hours.
Nonetheless, in my opinion, the most valuable merit of Air Malta is its punctuality. Every time I fly with them I reach my destination approximately 20 minutes in advance! I believe this is a very significant part of the flying experience especially for someone like me who flies very often.
